DeSean Bishop was injured after a long third-quarter run in Tennessee football against Arkansas.
The Vols running back gained 26 yards before he was tackled awkwardly on the UT sideline. He stayed down and the medical staff came over to check on him as did coach Josh Heupel.
Bishop has rushed 14 times for 146 yards and a touchdown against the Razorbacks. He is UT’s first 100-yard rusher this season.
He did not return.
